My Redeemer Lives

In Matthew 28:1-6 we find…After the Sabbath, as Sunday morning was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. Suddenly there was a violent earthquake; an angel of the Lord came down from heaven, rolled the stone away, and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid that they trembled and became like dead men. The angel spoke to the women. “You must not be afraid,” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has been raised, just as he said. Come here and see the place where he was lying.
How do I know He has Risen?? I have read Gods Holy Word, plus, just as Mary Magdalene and the Disciples…I too have experienced Jesus personal powerful touch upon my own life. His Resurrection Power has given me the Blessed Hope of Eternal Life with Him! Yes, I can honestly say….”I Know My Redeemer Lives”!
I pray you also have come to know the powerful saving and keeping Grace of Jesus Christ! Today let’s Celebrate our Freedom found at the foot of the Cross and the empty Tomb!! I pray you will have a Glorious Easter in His magnificent Presence!! May you experience Him not for just a day…but for Eternity!!

Seeking “The Healer”

Throughout the years of my journey of silent suffering, I have found God’s Holy Word is Powerful, Tried and True. And yes, God is so very faithful to HIS Promises! Believe me, this is so very important when all else fails you and there is nothing else to cling to!
So if you find yourself in the midst of a faith challenging situation, I encourage you to be quick to run to the Father’s arms. Affirm your trust in His Holy Word and believing He holds your best at heart! Then begin laying down all your thoughts and idea’s about “healing” and surrender to a deep “personal relationship” with Christ.
His Word says “Seek Me, you will find ME, if you seek me with ALL your heart”! So as you cry out to the Lord, take time to listen closely for that still small voice. You will find the Lord is tenderhearted and compassionate and patiently waiting to talk to you….After-all He is very familiar with pain and suffering!
“He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53)
Therefore, I encourage you to Worship the Lord in all His grandeur and majesty, for it is so important to let your focus be upon the “Healer”, not the healing!! And when you open your heart and give HIM all authority to be glorified in you and through you…don’t be surprised at what you may experience! As you stand amazed in His presence, you too will find God honors a seeking heart as He begins to reveal His Power and Glory in a special way. For when we approach the Throne of Grace, seeking “The Healer”… Guess What!…..Miracles Happen!!
“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)
Jesus is indeed the Great Healer, He is the Great Physician!

His Grace is Sufficient

Whatever situation I may be facing today, I know in my heart that God’s GRACE is sufficient! In all my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. I have learned to rely upon the Lord…”For when I am weak, HE is strong”. It’s in Christ I find my Hope, my strength and the Grace to face another day.
So when your world is crumbling apart and you just can’t go on, remember…God’s Word says…
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corin 12:9)
Almighty God is the only one that can satisfy a weary soul! Look to Jesus for He is so very faithful and True!! HE sees you. HE knows you. HE loves you!!!

God’s Point of View

One of the most awesome moments was when I was flying into Portland on a beautiful clear, sunny day. The Pilot announced that it was the clearest he has ever flown. All along the flight He proceeded to point out snow covered mountain’s peaks to the north and to the south. Wow, so amazing! This began to trigger my brain to thinking of how God view’s my own life….
Did you know God has an omniscient, omnipotent view of our lives as believers! Nothing is hidden, He sees all, He knows all! He is aware of every detail of our lives from birth (even before we were conceived) until death! Since God knows every detail of our past, our present and our future so very well, surely I should rely upon Him in every event in my life! Surely without a doubt I can fully trust Him with every moment of my life.
God is an all-seeing, all-knowing God and we can rely upon His strength and wisdom as we face life’s challenges and obstacles! Wow, that means we are not limited by our own strength and wisdom…Thank you Lord!! The Lord has given us the scriptures to help us in making wise decisions from His viewpoint. When we are hemmed in by our circumstances and can’t see from all the fog, we can seek God prayerfully and regularly spend time in His Word which will enables us to break thorough the barriers of life with His insight!!
So rejoice my Friend…even tho sometimes it may feel you are all alone….God knows every detail of your life, He cares and He Loves you with an everlasting Love!! What may seem like an ordinary event or even a disaster in your life…rest assured, God will use all the good and not so good for His Divine Purpose! Trust Him, He will make something beautiful out of your life!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Let the church of the Living God Arise with healing in Her Wings!!! O Lord, stir up and awaken the Spirit within your people! Set our hearts a blaze, radiating Your love and power as a shining Beacon of Light into this darken world! Let your fresh oil and new wine flow over our lives!
For such a time a this…May we arise with courage and boldness as instruments of power, covered by your Divine Grace! Equipped with your Gospel, as chosen Mighty Warriors of the Cross, let us arise, radiantly displaying Your Splendor and Glory! And as we march forth into this land, we ask for Your Holy protection. Prevent any human power from extinguishing The Light and The Truth from going forth!! For nothing is too hard or impossible for those who come in the Mighty Name of JESUS!!
Lord we are in desperate need of You, for we realize it’s…Not by might, Not by Power, but by the spirit of the Lord!! (Zechariah 4:6) Therefore we will not be ruled by fear, but place our faith and trust in our Holy, Righteous God! Lord go before us removing the mountains, melting our enemies like wax, making our way smooth and straight! As we boldly arise to our rightful place, Spirit of the Living God breathe on us….equipping and empower us as Mighty Warriors of the Cross, bringing forth the Light of Divine Revelation to the heart, mind and soul of all men!!! Let us arise with a Holy boldness, ready to shine the love of Christ and speak the Living Words of Truth and Freedom!! O Lord, in awe of You we boldly take our stand, ready to do Thy Will ,…,,Not by might, not by power, Send Your Spirit O Lord!!

True faith has to be tested and refined as silver & gold…
In the midst of a howling sea of sorrow, pain, loneliness & despair, powerful waves well up to overtake me! In a distance I hear a voice calling my name! I struggle in the swift currents to take a hold of a hand reaching out for mine! As it seems I’m going under for one last time, suddenly I feel a hand firmly grasping hold of my arm, lifting me out of the angry sea and drawing me up to new heights. With the touch of His hand my soul senses a powerful love flowing, as my feet are set on a solid rock! This magnificent love enables me to stand unwavering on a mountain of Faith! As I stand gazing beyond my present stormy sea, my joy is restored, my strength is renewed and the determination to overcome wells up within my soul! For Christ alone is my Salvation, My Hope of Eternity! …And Once again I realize God has allowed my faith to be tested & refined! And once again I find HE is so very faithful!! All Glory to His Name!
Here are some thoughts to ponder: “The stronger the battle , the greater the resistance, the bigger the muscle”! Therefore we should not oppose trials, but embrace them! For we have a promise that not a hair on our head will be burned, nor the waves will overtake us! (Isaiah 43) Boldly we will emerge from the fire brilliantly glowing…as a pure reflection of His heart!

Surrender it all
Did you know You were never meant to carry a heavy load!
The Lord promises to carry all your heartaches and burdens, if only you will trust Him and allow Him to work in your circumstances. He promises He will not permit the godly to slip or fall. He will give clear divine direction …if only you listen. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matt 11:28) ”Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
So be quick to give your problems, your concerns and cares to the Lord, releasing the weight of it upon His shoulders. As you stand in total submission, the Lord will uphold you and pour over you His amazing love, blessing you with His jOy and sweet peace, even in the midst of it all.
So if you are tired and weary from carrying a heavy load…give it all to Jesus..Surrender it all!! Look to the Lord, confirm your love and trust in Him, you will be amazed at how your faith will arise to new heights and your steps will be made steadfast and sure! Release that heavy load, casting it all upon Jesus. Afterall He has given you His Word….”Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” (Psalm 55:22) and He will never forsake those who seek Him with all their heart….(Psalm 9:10)

Do you feel as if your are loosing a grip on life? Have all your Hopes and dreams been dashed against a rock? Has your heart been torn to shreds? Does it seem there is no way out or you are going under for one last time?
In your darkest hour you may not sense that Jesus is near. But you can be assured, He is there listening to your silent cries and sees your every tear, waiting with open arm’s. He desires to be invited into the midst of your situation, to give you comfort and strength, wisdom and guidance, a hope for the future. And at the very heart of Jesus is a deep yearning to be invited into your heart as the KING of your life!
Do you realize just how much God loves you and cares about everything that touches your life! You see, YOU have been bought with a high price, your debt of sin has been paid in full at the Cross of Calvary…God gave His only Son Jesus to become your Supreme Sacrifice….That you might live eternally with Him. Salvation is a free gift for your taking… So Come, Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. (Psalm 34:8)
Christ is the only answer for the worlds problems…He is the Way, He is the Truth, He is the Life! “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all;..” (Psalm 34:17-18) He loves. He cares, He waits with open arms….

FAITH… “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)
Have you been clinging to a promise and praying about something or someone for a long time? Have you grown weary and maybe even beginning to doubt God? Well, don’t get discouraged my Friend…Even though you may not see it, keep trusting God’s Word and keep pressing into the heart of the Father! Remember the enemy will comes to steal, kill and destroy the promises of God you are clinging to!! So stand your ground and keep Praying and Thanking the Lord!!!
Remember, No matter what you see, No matter what you hear…NEVER, NEVER give up Hope! Brothers and Sister’s let’s keep the Faith and fight a good fight! “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for HE who promised is faithful.” (Hebrews 10:23) Therefore, Let’s keep our eyes on the Author & finisher of our Faith! For He who promised is Faithful and True! Can I get an Amen?!!
