In Matthew 28:1-6 we find…After the Sabbath, as Sunday morning was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. Suddenly there was a violent earthquake; an angel of the Lord came down from heaven, rolled the stone away, and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid that they trembled and became like dead men. The angel spoke to the women. “You must not be afraid,” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has been raised, just as he said. Come here and see the place where he was lying.
How do I know He has Risen?? I have read Gods Holy Word, plus, just as Mary Magdalene and the Disciples…I too have experienced Jesus personal powerful touch upon my own life. His Resurrection Power has given me the Blessed Hope of Eternal Life with Him! Yes, I can honestly say….”I Know My Redeemer Lives”!
I pray you also have come to know the powerful saving and keeping Grace of Jesus Christ! Today let’s Celebrate our Freedom found at the foot of the Cross and the empty Tomb!! I pray you will have a Glorious Easter in His magnificent Presence!! May you experience Him not for just a day…but for Eternity!!

Yes, the road I have traveled in life has been filled with potholes, but each hardship has made me who I am today! Oh, I may look a little bruised and battered and I may even be facing more hardships in life, but yet I am compelled by the Holy Spirit to finish the work before me that the Lord has called me to do!
I am committed to serving the Lord at whatever cost. I look to the Spirit of the Lord to work in me and through me, putting absolutely no confidence in my tattered flesh! You see…God is in charge of my life through the Holy Spirit that dwells within me. I am no longer a hostage to changing circumstances, riding the ups and downs of emotions….for The jOy of the Lord is my strength of my Life!! I have found as I have yielded to the ways of the Lord, I am more alert to the needs of others around me and love to minister to those who are bruised and hurting. I absolutely refuse to be consumed by my own problems, but seek the Lord in how to share His love and encouraging words with others. Oh yes, I must still deal with my own personal trials and ordeals in my daily life, but I solely rely upon a Holy God, for in Him I have found Freedom, Liberty, and a new devotion to continue His work while on earth! Even in the midst of brokenness, I have a deep compelling desire to walk in a greater intimacy with Christ! Yes see, The Lord has faithfully given me a gift of His strength for my weakness, His Hope, for my despair, and brings relief with His healing hand. He heals my broken heart and binds up my wounds. His sweet presence is ever so near.
Therefore, I MUST finish the race, reflect the Love of Christ and share the powerful life changing Truth of God’s Saving Grace!! Oh God, Bless this Broken Road! ~ San, Healing Rain to the Nations

Ice Skating on the Pond

On this chilly morning I set bundled in a blanket watching the flames dance in the fireplace. My mind begin’s to drift through the pages of yesteryear’s.…
I can just hear my sweet Daddy’s voice of excitement waking me up for School…”Sis, it won’t be long till the ice on the pond is thick enough to Skate!”
As snowflakes began to fill the air, us kids would keep a watchful eye on the ole thermometer hangin’ on the front porch. When temps began dropping towards “0″, and winds got bitter cold, we knew it wouldn’t be long. Daddy would never let us kids on the pond until the ice was a certain thickness. Every morning Dad had to chop a waterhole for the cows, therefore he kept close watch on the thickness of the ice. Then came the moment we had been waiting for… the big “OK, Let’s Skate”!!
Sometimes Mom and Dad and even our old dog would join us kids! We had no skates, but I had the next best thing…a pair of old black and white Saddle Oxford’s. Them leather sole’s were mighty slick!
As the giggles rang throughout the Holler, the ole Cows gathered around in curiosity! Oh what plain simple fun we had together there on that ole Pond. For those moments in time, worries and concerns were left at the pond-bank as the air was filled with jOy and laughter and oh yes, even a few snowball’s!!
We skated till our fingers and toes we’re frozen numb. Then we headed to the old farmhouse where Momma’s steaming hot chocolate and a warm fire was awaiting us. Oh yes, I remember how bad the frozen fingers and toes hurt as they began to warm up! But oh…it was so worth it!! I will forever cherish my Family and all the sweet memories of the simple-life, growing up in the Holler!!
Jesus was the center of our Family life. We depended upon the Lord for everything. Below is a Favorite song our Family loved to sing together. What magnificent beauty our God has created for us to enjoy!!! Pause for just a moment….See the beautiful formation of the clouds as they drift over the jagged Coastal shoreline. See the glistening of sun-rays dancing across the white capped waves. Feel the foaming waves of cool water washing over your feet, as treasures of the deep are washed ashore. Feel the sand between your toes & a cool gentle breeze blowing through your hair! Now listen closely…hear the roaring of the waves & the cry of Seagulls!! You have just experienced HIM!! The whole earth is filled with HIS Magnificent GLORY & Beauty!!

Therefore, I encourage you; let the first steps of your day lead you into your “Sanctuary”. Enter in with a heart of worship and tarry there. Take the time to listen, to ask, to seek, to knock and to know, the heart of our Lord.
So no matter how discouraged you may get…Never give up!! Remember, just one word from God, one touch from our Savior, can transform a life forever!

For such a time a this…May we arise with courage and boldness as instruments of power, covered by your Divine Grace! Equipped with your Gospel, as chosen Mighty Warriors of the Cross, let us arise, radiantly displaying Your Splendor and Glory! And as we march forth into this land, we ask for Your Holy protection. Yes, Life is full of hard knocks! With each hard blow, the devil seeks to weaken my faith and tries to destroy my soul. But I boldly stand my ground for I have made the choice to Love the Lord my God with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind and with all my strength, and never wavering in my Faith! For in Christ alone I place my trust! Therefore, In all my weakness and human limitations, I know beyond a doubt I have the power of my Unlimited GOD who sustains me!
You can bet the ole enemy will continue to seek, with a purpose to kill and destroy, but Christ has come to give Life Abundant! It’s through a personal relationship with Christ Jesus that I have found that conquering power over the enemy! YOU SEE….I live my life for Jesus! For the Lord is My Refuge and My Fortress, My God, in whom I trust. He is Faithful and True to His Word, A Victorious Warrior…Lord of everything! He is My Rock, My shelter, My very Hope, Blessed Redeemer who reigns upon the Throne!! Only Jesus can satisfy the very longing and thirst in my soul! He is My Supreme Sacrifice who gave His life that I might live and I find no greater Love!! He is the Living Water that rains down life upon me and refreshes me with abundant life!! I know who I am in Christ! Therefore I will not bend nor bow to the wilds of the enemy!
For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”, (Deut 20:4) Giving us victory over our enemies, putting our adversaries to shame. (psalm 44:7) For everyone born of God overcomes the world. FAITH is the victory that has overcome the world. (1 John 5:4)
I arise as a Victorious Warrior…armed and dressed for Battle according to Ephesians 6:10-18… “The Armor of God” (see below) Thanks be to God! He gives us the Victory through our Lord Jesus Christ…..MY KING…The Source of Living Water…I will Trust in YOU!!! (1 Corinthians 15:57)

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Thankfulness is birthed when we bow our hearts; as well as our knees…When I call upon His name I find my God is always ready to listen and accept me… just as I am. For a few quiet moments I close my eyes and began opening my heart. God lovingly begins revealing my very soul. Suddenly I sense HIS wonderful love flowing over me. I taste HIS Forgiveness, HIS Grace, HIS Goodness and Mercy, it’s then I know…HE is all I need!
My Friend, no matter where you have been or what you have done, the Lord is always there waiting with open arm’s, eager to forgive, always ready to love you back to His heart! Run to His presence, there you will find love and acceptance and fullness of joy, a bright hope for tomorrow and a reason to live! HE is a good, good Father! Be blessed by this beautiful song….
