Look to the Hills

Are you facing a tough time right now?….
Then…lift up your my eyes to the hills—and know where your help must come from!! As for me…My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
I lift up my eyes to the hills—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1)
He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. (Psalm 121
So if you are being bombarded by the enemy right now, I encourage you to just begin speaking the wonderful, powerful, matchless name of JESUS and you will be amazed at how fast your enemy tucks his tail and runs the other way!! Then invite the Lord in your midst! For with Him embracing and upholding you, then you will be able to think much clearer and make wise decisions. Remember, having the Lord in your life is such a blessing—lean on HIM! HE knows you and HE loves you now and tomorrow and forever more. And you have His promise to never leave your side!
So, until the answer comes, from dawn to dusk, keep lifting your eyes to the Hills and your voice in praises to the KING!

The Rosebud
Here’s you a thought to ponder…Our God opens millions of roses without ever forcing open the rosebud.
This reminds us to never force anything, for God’s timing is ever so perfect! A beautiful flower is so delicate, but if forced, it’s beauty would be destroyed.
The same thing can apply in our lives… If we get ahead of the Lord and HIS timing, we can find ourselves creating one big mess!
So when you are waiting upon the Lord it’s important to simply stay calm and keep your peace, affirm your trust in HIS promises and go ahead and begin thanking HIM for the outcome!
Rest assured God has a plan and HE has heard your cries; you just may not realize how close you are to your breakthrough.
Keep trusting the Lord…Don’t give up on the Brink of a Miracle!!!

Who Can Compare

Who can compare to the Holy One? Who is equal?
Lift up your eyes and look to the Heavens: Who created all these?? It was God Almighty!! It is HE who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. And because of HIS great power and mighty strength, not one is missing!So tell me…WHY do you complain?? WHY do you say ”God does not see and doesn’t care”?? Do you not know?? Have you not heard?? …
The LORD is the Everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. HE will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. HE gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:25-31)
Mercy, Grace, Healing, Forgiveness, Salvation, Abundant Life can still be found at the feet of Jesus. I can search for all eternity Lord, and find…There is none like You!! Listen to this most beautiful worship song below…

Tumbleweed Faith

A life without Jesus is like a tumble weed in a dry dusty gulch tossed to and fro. But blessed is the man who trusts in God, and the woman who looks to God for help. They are like a tree that’s planted by the waters, their roots go down deep. They never have to worry in the hottest of days, for their thirst is quenched and they are nourished, never dropping a leaf. They are serene and calm through the worst of droughts and bearing fresh fruit in season.
For The Lord promises…HE will guide you always; HE will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. (Isaiah 58:11)
So I pray you don’t have a tumbleweed faith, but a faith that is grounded deep in the Saviors love! May you know in your heart where your help must come from…The Maker of Heaven and Earth!!
Running to You

The vasts Universe declares Your majesty, The Heavens declare the Glory of God,…and yet You hold my life in the palm of your powerful hand! I feel so very small in comparison. But then I stop and think about the fact that even with all You have created, yet You care for me and You loved me enough to give Your only son Jesus. so that I could have redemption. Have You Seen Him??

Some people suffer from a form of “blindness”. Think about it…One can live in a Garden, but never focus on the beauty of a flower. You can live near a beautiful site all your life & never really realize the grandeur. You can spend a lifetime with a person and yet, never look into their soul. And also a person can be all that goodness calls him to be, yet never see the Author of Life!
Being religious, honest and moral, doesn’t necessarily mean we will see HIM!! We may get a glimpse of Him through others eyes, their experiences, their words, we may think we have seen HIM, but yet until we ourselves have been given our own sight, it’s as if we are gazing through a hazy glass window.
Have you seen HIM? Do YOU know HIM?? Have you caught a glimpse of HIS Majesty? Has it been a while since you met with HIM? Is your faith shaky? Do you feel as if you do not have the strength to face your problems? Perhaps your vision of the LORD has been blurred. Just as Thomas, may we bow and lay our faces at HIS nail pierced feet & declare…”My Lord, My God”!! One glimpse of the KING can change your life …forever!

A Childlike Trust
When darkness hides my senses and seems I’ve lost my way, as HIS Child, I know to run into the Ark of Safety, into the arms of my Heavenly Father! For it’s there close to HIS heart I find great comfort & peace from the wilds of this ole world.
You see, it’s through disappoints of life, I have learned to simply trust in Christ alone. No matter how bleak my circumstances may seem, I know I must surrender “my will” and rest in the fact that HE has a perfect plan for my life. I can honestly say…my GOD has never failed me, nor disappointed me!! In this journey of life I will forever cling tightly to my Father’s Word and His promises, knowing in my heart that He has everything under control. As I confirm my ever abiding love and trust in HIM, my God is so very faithful to sooth the hurt, calm the Spirit and refresh the soul.
No, I may not always understand the why’s or why not’s of life. But this one thing I do know…no matter what the outcome, I am God’s Child and HE cares about me deeply and desires HIS best for His children!
So if you are in the midst of enduring suffering and disappointment, may you remember this one thing: God created you for His Glory and desires a personal relationship with you. I pray that you too will come to experience this child-like Faith and trust in Jesus Christ, to comfort you and bring you through the darkest moments of life!
