“Decisions—Decisions”

Question:  Is it important to always seek the Lord in making decisions?? 

One must never forget we have an adversary who is out to kill steal and destroy! The devil is constantly trying to get us to rely on our own abilities and knowledge.  And he often whispers in our ear these words…”God doesn’t care”!!

Our enemy is sly and cunning and smart, so we’ve got to be quick to recognize these lies!  Therefore, it’s very important to continually seek the Lord for HIS divine wisdom and understanding!  Know what the Word of God says and ask Him to fill you with the knowledge of His perfect Will. 

“In Christ is hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”  (Colossians 2:3)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”  (Proverbs 3:5-6)

God has a plan for your life and you can trust HIM to direct you to paths that lead to an outpouring of His Blessings!  So don’t make the mistake of just blindly rushing into things.  Ask the Lord to give you strength to resist the enemy and commit yourself to waiting for God’s best.  You will never be disappointed!

“…I will put my trust in Him.”  (Isaiah 8:17)
